They call themselves "smart call tech" and they have managed to get my one cellular number (which is used in my Wi Fi dongle). It has been in a phone one time only and that is when I had to use it to complain to my server M##.

My story goes thus.
In July 2016 I noticed that the money required to pay my debit orders was waaay more than I had budgeted for (luckily the payment was rejected due to lack of funds otherwise it would have taken much longer for me to find out). I went through the process of complaining to my server who "eventually" gave me the name of the company who wanted the money. They were the one above. M## were rather hesitant about giving me the name of the company but after a few calls they eventually let me have it.
I connected with the company and I thought that everything had been sorted out until August when my funds were not enough in my debit order account once again. This time the company (which I eventually found was the same one), was wanting even more from me.
This rather took the wind out of my sails and then became rather pi##ed off. I am a peace loving "retired" guy on a very fixed income so this rather hurt.
Now the company had said that I had subscribed to their service. WHICH I HAD NOT. They said all kinds of stuff which I had never even heard of. (Read my letters to them and their replies.)
Now what troubles me is how did they get a number to my DATA sim card which is NOT even in a phone and then have the audacity to tell me that I had applied via a "handset." There is quite obviously some skullduggery on the go here. Something is just not right. One and one do not make two and dont even come close to it.

1 Where and how did I make the error of subscribing to you.
2 Where did you get my number from because this is NOT my phone number.
3 What service did you give me for the money you took from me.
4 When will my money be returned to me.
I really need to know before I decide to take further action.

3. Once the customer confirms the subscription on this page hosted by the content provider you will be redirected to the network confirmation page. The networks hosts this page and the confirmation is directly with your service provider. NOPE
4. Should you not confirm the subscription with your network the subscription is not valid and billing will not be authorized. NOPE
5. If the subscription is activated with the network you will receive a Welcome message advising you that you have subscribed to the service, cost of the service and how to unsubscribe from the service NOPE

Hi thanks for your reply.
However I did NOT receive any of the information you mention so I have no other option but to report your company as either spamming or fraudulating me. I even invented a new word!!!
This does mean I will be reporting you to Hello Peter etc etc.
As well as many newspapers as I can.
People need to be made aware of your company.

As you can see from my remarks in red, none of what they "say" is true.
Now to have the audacity to tell me that I cannot claim my money back is ridiculous.
I hope I can help one or two people with this page to warn them off companies like this.
